🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FEMITEE. We hope you love your order, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


🔁 All Sales Are Final

Because all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please double-check your size and order details before checkout.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a print error, or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at support@femitee.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)

    • A short explanation of the issue

If eligible, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (to the original payment method)


🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund and haven’t received it yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment account.

  • Then, contact your payment provider (processing can take several days).

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@femitee.com


✈️ Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal strikes

  • Natural disasters or force majeure

However, if your order seems lost, please reach out and we’ll investigate with our carrier partners.
