Because all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Shipping delays outside our control
Please double-check your size and order details before checkout.
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a print error, or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
To request a replacement or refund:

Email us at support@femitee.com within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)

A short explanation of the issue

If eligible, we will offer:

A free replacement, or

A full refund (to the original payment method)
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund and haven’t received it yet:

First, check your bank or payment account.

Then, contact your payment provider (processing can take several days).

✈️ Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance

Postal strikes

Natural disasters or force majeure
